- 2 tsp sunflower oil, ghee or other oil
- 1 tbsp minced shallots (optional)
- 9 ounces fresh spinach (about half of the quantity you recieved)
-1 tbsp toasted pine nuts or substitute with almond slivers or sunflower seeds
- 1/8 tsp salt - or to taste
How to: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots; sauté 2 minutes. Add spinach; sauté 2 minutes or until spinach wilts. Stir in pine nuts and salt.
