Start with 2 to 4 tablespoons of tahini
Juice of 1/2 to 1 lemon
Nutritional yeast (optional, but tastey)
Think of ways to make it your own too!
If you have it, I love to add Seaweed Gomasio or just plain sesame seeds.
Mix all the ingredients together and voila! You can also puree some avocado and mix it into the dressing... because, why not?!
